About Founder

Janice Holman and husband, Glenn, are the Senior Pastors of Mamre Christian Center in California's Central Valley. As a follower of Christ Jesus and educator, Janice was called to disciple the body of Christ, by facilitating the learning of how to apply the Word of God to one's everyday life, and how to live life (zoe) to the fullness accomplishing our God-given purpose here on earth. Pastor Janice has been teaching the Word of God in the United States, London, Jamaica, and Africa for over 31 years.

This Bible Academy began as a ministry training program six years ago. Pastor Janice was commissioned to enlarge the program to reach Christians, who are hungry for the truth of God's Word, by creating an Academy. The Academy provides believers throughout the world an opportunity to study the Word of God, and develop themselves into Christian leaders.

The Academy is non-denominational in content. Our focus is on what scripture says in both New and Old Testaments. The courses and Biblical studies program are affordable and effective at immersing the students into a closer and intimate relationship with Christ. Our goal is to produce an army for God's work and glory!

We are now entering a new era. With the new era comes more aggressive teachings of the Word of God and Biblical Doctrine. In 2019, Mamre Christian Bible College will open. It is exciting to see the Lord moving in these last days. Are you ready for what God has for you? If not, this is the time to get ready. Our Bible Academy is open to everyone with a desire to seek the Lord!

 

ACADEMICS WE BELIEVE

  • We Believe that the Bible is the inspired, infallible (unalterable) Word of God written by holy men of old, as they were moved by the Holy Ghost.

  • We Believe that the true & living God is triune coexisting in three persons - the Father, the Son (who is the Word made flesh) and the Holy Spirit. God is totally and eternally loving, holy, righteous, all powerful, all wise, present everywhere; the creator, ruler and redeemer of all mankind and the entire universe. God the Father is the head among equals of the trinity.

  • We Believe Jesus Christ is genuinely God and truly man. He came to reveal and bring us to the Father. The Holy Scriptures states, He (Jesus Christ) was conceived of the Holy Spirit and born of the virgin Mary. He was and is the true and only Messiah (the Christ); begotten and sent of God the Father.

  • We believe the Christian's life of Holiness is God's prescribed and commanded behavior resulting from the new indwelling nature birthed and enabled by the Holy Spirit.

  • We Believe in the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus. We believe that He ascended on high and has sent His Spirit, that Holy Ghost which was poured out at Jerusalem over 2000 years ago, and it is this same Spirit that is filling the hearts of those who diligently seek Him today.
